Wide Set Breasts

I have wide set breasts, very little breast tissue, and am looking to get an augmentation. But the last thing I want is to get this surgery and then have my between-boob-gap be even more pronounced! I'm looking for a natural look. Not too big. My breast diameter is approximately 13.5cm. If I were your patient, what size/profile would you steer me towards? Or, would you try to talk me out of an augmentation all together?
