Worried about going back to gym, will be people know???

I all I am almost 6 weeks post op and getting to the point where I can get back to the gym. Before My surgery I went to the gym every day and saw the same people every day. Now being away for almost a month and a half I am scared to go back because I am afraid people will notice my tummy tuck. I have also lost 10 pounds since surgery. I won't be able to do things right away like I did before and I was the over achiever before. Does anyone have any suggestions for me on how to handle returning to the gym and possible questions because people are so nosy. I was sick last winter for a couple of weeks and got question after questions when I returned back. Ugh!
