Hello ladies so glad I was told about this site.  I do have lots of questions.  One major one is how does one sleep while on your back.  I am a side/tummy sleeper and I know rest is very important so what are some tips?  Oh I guess I should tell you what I am having done.  BA with lift, hopefully on Jan 15th!  This will be my fourth attempt.  It's a long story.  Thank you so much
