Had my 1st revision from my original breast augmentation 9 years ago where i went from an a cup to a large C/small D with 310cc NatrelLe MOD profile. I now have a toddler who I breast fed for 1yr and noticed decreased upper pole fullnes after And we're getting wider apart. I decided to have a revision which scared me way more than a basic BA because the fact they have to tighten the pockets & make another potential scar for incision & this time cutting inner band to bring them closer. My biggest concern was upper pole fullness and for my boobs to look fluffy & closer together. I was told I couldnt have all 3. If I wanted my implants to look higher up on my chest with more upper chest volume i needed high profile with possible fat grafting or filler but that they wouldn't look as fluffy as mod profile on sides & bottom. i really wanted to go up to 360cc mod plus with as high of placement we could get because I like the very natural perky fluffy boob look with no ski slope like when I was in my 20's but none of my consultations said they could do that without a lift and even then no Guarantee & quite frankly nobody seemed to get what I meant. Like I needed to go grab my guys daughter who's in college & bring her in lol hello! Small perky, juicy, fluffy, full upper pole fullnes! My god! So since nobody was on same page as that & everyone suggested if o don't do lift to go much bigger for the fullness I want on top, I decided to try high 400-500's High profile. Dr tried 450 said he was surprised with my frame the 550cc filled out better so hear I am. 1 wk post up. He stitched the sides and under & cut band to bring them closer together. When I can in for 1 wk post op was 1st time I seen them & asked about the indent and more tenderness under my right boob. He said he had to stitch it quite a bit extra to even them out during surgery and that it will look like the other one but might take longer to heal. So now I'm worried about it ultimately matching the one I'm happy with once it fluffs out. I've seen so many implants with this exact look & I hate it! so now I wait 6 months-1 yr because I can't get revision until then even if I wanted too. Anyone else experience this & how did it heal? My 1st Breast Aug came out even with slight dimpling in one spot he said would go away & that never did! Same Dr for both and through the nipple. The new nip incision much larger but I still think it will heal up better than an under scar. my original nip scars were invidible!
