I went to a medspa to get my skin in tip top shape to prepare for my wedding and was recommended the new Ultraclear laser. They advised it would help get rid of acne scarring on my chin , small wrinkles and some hyperpigmentation. I was sold, paid $1,900 total. I followed my recovery instructions to a T and was completely heeled within 10 days; however, my skin looked extremely dull & not glowy and smooth as I was expecting. I went back to the medspa for my follow up & to take "after" photos but nothing had improved. The owner was even confused saying that "she's never had anyone have no results much less weird texture." She recommended I to go to a dermatologist. So $400 later I was told I just had rosacea. Now I'm left with this very odd bumpy textured skin that I've never had before and have tried every exfoliating product under the sun but nothing seems to smooth it out and just irriates it more. Anyone have a similar situation? I've never seen anyone with the same skin as mine and seeking a solution. If you look closely in the photos you can see the skin texture change right where my ear is.
