Accutane and rhinoplasty?

More about Accutane

A little background.. I had never suffered from acne until I was 22 when I experienced terrible cystic hormonal acne on my cheeks and jawline. I attribute the acne to the Mirena iud as it is a side effect and it occurred a month after getting it inserted and persisted about a year.. fast forward a year later I have gotten it removed and am considering accutane as nothing else has seemed to help. I have already signed up with the ipledge program and have taken the first pregnancy test as required since I am a female. My next apt with the derm is March 13, and I can get the pills that day. Something I am concerned about is that I just had a septorhinoplasty preformed five days ago.. does anyone have experience going on accutane less than a month after a surgery like this?? My surgeon and derm both said it would be fine but I am curious to know if anyone has gone through a similar experience? If it effects healing? And how drastic the side effects were as well? I’m very nervous I will feel fatigued on accutane, I took doxycycline for a month or so and I felt it was helping my skin but I couldn’t stand being so exhausted all the time, it was taking a toll on my school work and life in general, I was becoming demotivated and I hated that so I stopped the drug.
