My biggest desire is not to feel fake but replace some of the volume in the upper pole that has just deflated over the years! Im no bigger than a 32b with limited cleavage.
one surgeon suggest 300cc teardrop under the muscle / another suggestee round over the muscle and was happy to go smaller at 230cc
any advise / 39 52kg 5ft2-3
