Just got my implants done on 5/27/2026. I chose the 11 inch 315cc full Motiva Preserve Ergonomix.
Did a lot of research and found that this was recommended for my body. I also found that the biggest regret patients have was that they didn't go bigger. I had no upper pole fullness and have had one child. I lost 35lbs within the last year and went from a 34DD to a 32D.
42 years old 5'4" 140 lbs with a narrow petite frame.
My starting size was a 32D. I am not sure of my new size yet.
