How does one afford All on 4?

I make a decent amount of money, but when all is said and done and the bills are paid, I don't have much left over. This includes mortgage, utilities, car payment, insurance, and grocery shopping. I always feel behind and try to save but when the total for All on 4 comes in at $30-60k for upper and lower I just get depressed and hide. I want to go out. I want to spend time with my friends. I just can't because of my teeth. I want to get them fixed and my only option right now is either implants or dentures. I really want to go the route of implants but again, How does one afford it? Are there programs out there that help you out? Payment plans that wont be more than a couple hundred a month? I know my insurance doesn't cover it, I looked into that.
