Would an alarplasty and tip plasty be appropriate?

Hello,   I have been contemplating getting a Rhinoplasty for quite a few years now. Although I am very proud of my mixed asian heritage, I do feel that an improvement to my half-asian nose would benefit my apperance overall. Thanks to my father, my nose has a bridge, however my mother granted me a larger alar base, especially when I smile. In a perfect world, I would love for my base to be more narrow as well as my tip less bulbous. In your humble opinion, could this be partially accomplised by both procedures, or will a tip plasty suffice? Also, if my base is most wide when I smile, would an alar plasty cause it to look too narrow when I am not smoling?
