Forgive the rough looking pics. I had a septoplasty and rhinoplasty 5 years ago. 6 months ago I had to have a septoplasty revision due to extensive scar tissue complications from the first surgery.
Now on the right side of my nose by nostril I have a bump that feels bony and also like cartilage. I'm frustrated because I have had 2 surgeries and seem to have developed more complications.
Has this happened to anyone else? Are there any less invasive options to fix this? I have already invested over $8000, what i thought would correct a broken nose has been years of a mess since first surgery fully healed.
