Alarplasty in Cartagena?

Hoping to get an alar base reduction/alarplasty but i haven't found physicians who would do anything but a full rhinoplasty which I don't want because I'd like to maintain my features and reduce my flare. 

Has anyone heard of a physician who does in Cartagena or anywhere in Colombia?
