Aston or Guyuron for Revision?

I have met Dr. Aston in person.  I heard great things about him and he was confident in his ability to give me a feminine nose and fix my flaws.  He was using Medpor for grafting purposes.  I did see B&A pics in his gallery and in person and I loved his aesthetic.I also did a FaceTime consult with Guyuron.  Haven't seen many of his B&A's but heard he had a great reputation, revision rhino was his 'thing' and he too seemed confident in his abilities to fix my flaws.I have an inverted-v deformity, hanging columella, bulbous tip and I also need an alar-rim nasal reduction.Would anyone be able to offer their opinion on these two docs?  I'm leaning more toward Guyuron due to the fact he does so many revisions and I felt that it was certainly his area of expertise.  However, I haven't seen many pics of his.
