Is anyone aware of a company that will assist you with travel to Bangkok?

I will be traveling to Bangkok next year 2020. I was reading about company that will assist you with everything while your their ,form pick me up at the airport and bring to and from the doctors plus getting me food or whatever as I heal. Is anyone aware of a company that provides such services? I can't go alone if I have nobody to help me...
