Hi fellow realself members. I'm totally freaking out on my upcoming revision surgery on March 27th. I'm getting my old 300 cc round saline replaced with bigger HP silicone. My PS suggested anywhere between 450 cc to 500 cc based on what I told him I wanted (see pics). I tried on sizers for "add-on's" and felt that 450cc was not big enough. However, in looking at some of the photos of other women who have 4500 cc HP silicon, I'm concerned that may be too big for my body frame. I think my current size is too small. I think I maybe a small C but I look like a full B in cloths. I want more projection and to balance out my hips. I want to go bigger but I don't want to be overdone where I look like I should be in a freak show. I also have a professional job (work in IT/Financial Services) so I need to be able to conceal my boobies. I don't want to walk into a board room and have "in your face" boobies. Anyone who have these implant sizes and close to my body frame have any thoughts? HELP!
