Hello all,
I've never had lipo before, but I am a gym rat with BPD, body dysmorphie, and ED history. I fluctuate a lot in weight due to this, & I impulsively decided to get arm lipo in the tricep/back upper arm in Turkey.I always thought I had fat arms but when I look at before I realize they were proportionate to my body. I've come to regret it as it's made me even more insecure as I progress in the gym and gain more muscle. I've attached pictures of my before and after. Theres a little bit of unevenness between arms and I wondering if it's because of a botched job and it looks bad or it's just because I'm more defined/stronger on one side of my body (due to training imbalances). It only looks weird when I flex. I guess my question is, is it botched does it look weird? If I get leaner will it look more proportional? Is there anyway to surgically reverse this with minimal risk/damage.
First two pictures are my arms at different weights before lipo and before weight training. The rest are latter. The arm with the tattoo is the weirder looking side/weaker side of my body.
