Has anyone had botox injections to relieve tightness from lower face lift?

I m 2 years post op and still have tightness in my neck, feels like a noose around my neck.  I had a CT scan and it was fine, my PS suggest Botox injections.  I am a little nervous about that, but not sure what else to do.
