Hello, I am a small A cup and am looking to have a BA in NZ. I havent read too many forums for surgeons in NZ. I am wanting a natural look, mid c cup, under the muscle and possible insertion via underarm. I have heard that the brazillian furries are hard for surgeons to insert through the armpit? Does anyone have any opinions on armpit vs under breast insertion? Or is it mainly what the surgeon is accomplished at? Any recommendations for surgeons? Thanks for your help!
