I wanted to show my photos before and after op. Just explant, no uplift, and capsule removed as well. I had them for 28 years, and had felt too large and self conscious for a while. I was an A cup before the procedure. Afterwards I was DD cup, and now I am a B. Putting on weight has helped, I feel.You will see that one is still inverted underneath. Immediately afterwards it was very concave, but this has slowly gained more shape and I am hoping it gets better. However, if it stays like this then I am still very happy and zero regrets xx
