Hi, I'm looking for recommendations on explant surgeons in the UK. I had two breast augmentations in 2024 - one which gave me symmastia and one to correct it. I just want them out now and I'd love to go to someone who truly knows what they are doing so I can be confident in my results.
I originally was a AA, my breasts were 10.5cm wide with little to no tissue. I'm 23 and I've had my implants for a year and seven months. I started with 250cc moderate plus profile implants in a dual plane, which gave me symmastia. I downsized to 200cc's 6 months later during my revision. Over time this revision has failed. I can't explain how insecure I now feel within my body, I wish I had never got anything done. I would do anything to go back to the way I started.
I feel as though I am a complicated case so I would appreciate some recommendations for explant surgeons please (UK based).
