Dr. Ivanchuk has an Instagram page with fantastic before and after for facial plastic surgery. However, I cannot find anything about him online and I am not sure how to research the certifications of a Doctor who is located in Ukraine. Anyone know anything either about this Doctor or about which certification boards etc to check for a Doctor in Ukraine? Thanks.
