45yo wants Mini neck/face lift, bleph, chin implant. Have seen very credentialed local PS w no photos on line, but a few nice ones in-office. Qtd $3k more than another doc here on RS. Local PS has far fewer (but good) reviews than other. Considering less expensive, highly reviewed PS, but concerned that some pics on RS and PS's site have pixie ears. Reviews are glowing, but perhaps women overlook finer details that would bother me. Is it fair to compare PS with only a few pics to PS with 100s?
