Choosing a rhinoplasty surgeon for my nose type, where should I go?

Hello! Hopefully I am posting in the right place! I was wondering if anyone could give some advice on where I should go for my rhinoplasty? I want a more feminine nose, I have a flat forehead and more brow bone protrusion. I would like my face to have a more feminiine appearance and want to get rid of my hump and droop and want an overall smaller nose. I'm not sure exactly what I want my nose to look like but I really care about facial harmony and I want people to not even notice my nose. I am considering between going to South Korea vs Turkey because for someone reason I have not felt comfortable with the rhinopplasty surgeons I've consuted in the U.S., I think the nose they prefer to give patients is a very strong nose profile. I had a consultation with Dr. Hong Ryul Jin because he's a revisionist and I guess I feel more comfortable with someone who revises noses because I have a fear of being botched. I also have a deviated septum which he said he could fix during the surgery. I've never had a consultation with a surgeon in Turkey but I hear they have more experience with noses like mine. Any advice would be helpful. Thank you for reading all this!

Is Dr. Pearlman good for revisions? I do NOT see any negative reviews.
