I have 2 excellent surgeons in mind, but they differ as noted above. The first wants to use twilight anesthesia and tie my neck bands together (my neck and jowls are the biggest problem). My husband had his eyes done and thinks I will freak when I feel the tugging or cold metal on me. The second wants to use general and smas with no incision under my chin. I'm worried about nausea from the general. My research has told me to go with the doctor I'm the most comfortable with, I have faith in both. I haven't seen any posts about the 2 choice for anesthesia. Help would be most appreciated!
