How to deal with a bad nose job. This was already my second rhinoplasty and it made my nose look worse. After my first surgery in 2008 I was left with a Polly peak deformation, but I could live with the result, because my nose bridge looked the same, it was only the tip, so it wasn’t that bad. This year I went in for my revision rhinoplasty, I only wanted to raise my tip. My surgeon never told me that he will break my nose bridge. The result is disgusting for me. The tip is over projected compared to the bridge of the nose. So I came out with a total new nose, which doesn’t fit my face. The bridge is lower and thinner, the tip is smaller and pointy, no fullness anymore. Now I need a higher and more prominent bridge, the tip must get less pointy. Don‘t know what to do. Any recommendations for revision doctors? It’s so hard to deal with a nose job you don’t like. Don’t know how to fix this :( I can not trust the doctors anymore.
