Hi ladies! I am almost one year post, and I am still dealing with numbness of my lower breast. You can see in the photo that my left breast dips down lower in the area I've marked. That entire area is numb. There is a little bump on my areola scar, and when you touch it, there is this shooting sensation (not really a pain but more of a nerve sensation) that shoots to the middle of my chest. As I said, that entire area is numb. Maybe if it weren't numb It would be painful, I just don't know. I posted a question for the RealSelf surgeons and the only one that answered with Dr. Pousti. He is great at answering questions! I'm not sure it is a neuroma, but he thinks that it could be. Anyone else ever deal with numbness of the actual breast, not the nipple, or has anyone had a neuroma and have it repaired? I can't seem to find any information that explains how it is repaired, if it even can be. I am going in for a revision in January. I am getting capsulorrhaphy's on both breasts, and possibly swapping my moderate profile Plus out for high profiles. I just hate my shape overall. They still don't really have any volume and not much upper pole fullness at all.
