I have heard a lot of good things said about Toriumi, but it seems as though for every reputable surgeon there are a lot of patients who were left unhappy. I don't know what to think anymore. I am feeling confused and hopeless. My nose is fine the way it is now, but I anticipate the septum to keep bending and eventually collapse, so I want to get it fixed in a year or two tops. Is there ANYONE whose success rate with rib cartilage is super high? I need a strong & stable but attractive nose too!
