I'm considering Dr. John Hilinski, Dr. Thomas Le, and Dr. Steven Pearlman for my 3rd rhinoplasty. All of these doctors have a ton of 5 star reviews, but unfortunately very few of them include before/after pics. Without photos, it's hard to believe all these raving reviews are from real patients and not the staff marketing teams. If there are any former patients of one of these 3 doctors who would be willing to privately share before/after pics I would be forever grateful. Also, if there are any former patients who had a bad outcome and don't want to share pics (I completely understand not wanting to post a pic of a botched job), if you could at least just inform me of what happened. I want to hear the good and the bad from as many REAL patients as I can. THANKS!
