Help!! An upper tooth is broken and needs to be removed. Thinking of getting an implant so I've interviewed six dentists who say they regularly do implants, and my head is spinning. One place uses only Hoisen, three use the first three, one will use any, and the last place uses only Strauman.I've looked at websites and see that Biocare and Strauman are almost tied in 2017, but several other websites indicate a bolt is a bolt and the differences are insignificant except for the price. Most websites simply state make certain that the screw is made in the USA.Anyone know the truth? Are Blue Sky Bio, Implant Direct, and Neodent the cheapest (least expensive).If a dentist is used to one brand, can they install one of the others or is different training required ?Sorry for posting this but this planned procedure of a screw into in my head is frightening!!!
