I was seen by a dentist I need two tooth implants both needs sinus lifts.

So I was looking online and came across iRaise sinus lift. Can anyone tell me if this is offered in USA. I'm not sure but looks like it's only in other countries from what I seen online. I'm having trouble finding a doctor that does this type of sinus lift with implant. Can anyone tell me more? Thanks.
