Anyone developed skin irratation after eyebrow tattooing ?

It has been 6 weeks since I had then done . Mir seems like a kind of dermatitis has developed from the procedure and 6 weeks later I still have bubble like skin , which flakes and is itchy . Can anyone advise what to do?
