Well (blush), I was googling Arnica and liked what I was reading and one link brought me to RealSelf, so I'm thinking wow, I've got to get some and when do I start? So I responded, only to realize it is posted on the breast reduction forums. Sigh....oops! This is what I posted: "I'll have to call and make sure my surgeon gives me the okay, but I'm encouraged by what I'm reading. I bruise very easily and the bruises last for a long time. I read elsewhere topical is better, but apparently, I should take tablets for weeks prior? My surgery date is in 20 days. Should I start now? I read somewhere about vitamin K as well. Any input on that? thank you!" Has anyone use this? Or Vitamin K?
