What did you wear on the day of surgery?

Hi everyone.  I noticed it said to wear zip up or button up clothing on the day of rhinoplasty but I don't have anything that I could just zip up.  Everything has to be pulled over my head and I am wondering how important it is to wear these items. Please advise :)
