I've have genetic eyebags and minimal cheeks. I saw two oculoplastic surgeons about 10 years ago (at 37) and decided that the cost wasn't worth it. Fast forward ten years. I just went for a consultation with a facial plastic surgeon and got a quote for $27,975 all in, which includes upper blepharoplasty, lower blepharoplasty with muscle suspension, fat transfer, laser resurfacing, surgery/anethesia fee. I really dislike the roll that occurs under my eyes when I smile. But do I dislike it $27,975 worth? Interested in your thoughts about costs (this is Bay Area), surgeon recommendations, and if you've had such work done, whether you felt it was worth it and whether the work lasted.
