Being on Realself has been an eye opening experience and I am so glad for being but I have noticed that some surgeons are requesting ridiculous amount for a regular rhinoplasty. See what I am trying to establish it, there are so many GOOD and reputable surgeons are asking for a decent amount and bear in mind they are well known. So, who do I trust? Does being more expensive mean they are better?
