I had a decent rhinoplasty years ago. A hanging columella developed and so did a somewhat droopy tip. I had a revision recently and now my nose doesn't look straight and I have developed a small indent in one nostril. Gut feeling I will need a revision at 11-12 months. Thoughts on these doctors I will be consulting with?
