Has anyone used Dr. James Swain for theur surgery?

I wanted to go with Dr. Blackstone but she no longer is at Scottsdale Bariatric,  in fact think she is still on sabbatical.  I chose Dr. Swain and have met with him but wondering if anyone has any history with him.  Thanks
