Looking for Dr. In Toronto/Hamilton area that does OHIP covered panniculectomy

All the doctors I've contacted are 100% private and will not bother with OHIP billing. One had an 18 month waiting list for a consultation, absurd. Can any of you recommend some doctors I can contact that do this procedure, and preferably without ridiculous wait lists? I posted in the ask a doctor section and not one reply, so am asking people that may have had this done and been covered by OHIP. What were your wait times to get a consultation, then wait time for OHIP approval, then wait time until the operation? Thank you.
