Due to explant without a lift - so worried

I am about to explant in the next few months, and I’m really struggling with some of the explant photos on the internet, that have not had an uplift at the same time.I have decided to have explant, without replacement and no uplift (at present). So rewind: In 2007 I had sagging empty boobs, about 34D, after breast feeding 2 children. Therefore I had 260cc implants with an uplift at the same time (for some reason I never even thought about uplift alone, and it certainly was never offered to me). I was happy with results, but always felt worried about when I should remove them. Since finding this group, I now feel I want them out. Though I am not ill, and have no reason to think they are causing me any problems YET.So, whilst researching the internet, I have found hundreds of photos of very deformed breasts as a result of explant. I am now petrified with the thought of what I will be left with. My surgeon has said I will be concave on the upper pole (I think that sounds worse than it will be), and because my nipples are in the correct place now, he sees no reason at this stage to uplift at the same time. As he thinks that the results of explant without lift V’s explant with lift will be very little difference and doesn’t want me to spend a lot more money than is necessary. He is a surgeon in the UK and is very experienced with breast reconstruction. He works for the NHS and is private, I am private self paying. He has excellent reviews. I really like him, he makes me feel at ease and that he has my best interest at heart. He is known to be blunt and say it how it is, rather than say what he thinks you want to hear (this is partly why I like him).I would really appreciate some advice from anyone who has explanted without lift, and photos would be great too if you were happy to share.Thank you in advance xx
