Im halfway through the process, Top teeth removed, bottom teeth still intact, using temporary denture on top. I need to remove that denture to eat. I cannot eat with that denture in my mouth. My concern is once I get the all on (4,6) permanent implants and teeth which are screwed in, they obviously cannot come out. Has anyone had this done that can tell me their experience eating/chewing afterwards? I'm at the point of considering not doing bottom teeth and just getting all crowns and bridges so as to not lose bottom teeth as I'm wondering if I'll be able to eat after this is all done.
