Is anyone experiencing this? Deformed mouth?

I am 11 weeks post neck and mid face lift. My mouth on upper right side creases as my left lower side draws far downward like a frown, when I press my mouth together even slightly.  I drool when I drink fluids, I cannot use a straw. It shows when I speak. I did Not get a chin implant or full face life. I did NOT get upper or lower eye lids done. Any feedback by anyone?  I also welcome physician thoughts and feedback.  Thank you.  I just saw my surgeon for the second time since surgery. He has only seen my one month post op and then last week at my urgent request.
