So it's become strikingly clear to me that my surgeon should have used a longer winged implant as there's a very obvious ridge either side where theres a gap between the implant and my jaw bone.Obviously in the long run I'm going to have to look into getting this replaced for a more appropriate shape implant, but for the oncoming months (I have a fairly public job - lots of speaking etc) would it be recommended to add some filler either side to act as the wings of an implant. Would that work?Has anyone experienced this?Thanks
