Has anyone had prolonged fluid retention under eyes after having hyaluronidase? I had restylane put in outer corners of eyes and voluma in upper cheeks. I didn't have any filler in tear trough, but after 2 weeks had large fluid bags and patches of filler under eyes. Dr thought i may have a lymphatic problem due to having 15 lymph nodes removed 2 yrs ago with thyroid cancer and for some reason some resty also migrated under eyes. He gave me a very larger than normal injection under eyes of hyaluronidase which dissolved all the product, but i have been left with fluid bags 8 weeks since dissolving. I have had lymph drainage massage about 6 times and even tried some acupuncture and even though they have gone down since the time of dissolving, they are still there.
