I just spent the last 3 years having multiple major surgeries and braces for an under bite. My bite is now perfect, however it did very little to improve my appearance, in fact, it has made it worse. I now have an even longer face and my lips don't close. My upper jaw is quite long, my chin is still recessive and I hardly have any jawline. My jaw is extremely vertical and is hardly wider than my neck.I would like to have some cosmetic surgery to try and balance my face and improve the aesthetics. I'd like to find someone who specializes in face contouring, particularly the jawline. I've seen wonderful examples of procedures in the US, but very little here in Australia.There are plenty of surgeons who do breast implants and tummy tucks, but it's really hard to find anyone who is experienced in face contouring. Fat transfer particularly seems needs an expert for it to be successful.Any recommendations?
