Best friend mad because I had face lift

My best friend is being a bit*h because I had a face lift.  Said I did not need it (@ 58 sagging jowls, hooded eyelids, ) and then told me I was mentally ill and should get help!  Funny thing is, she is going to get dental implants instead of dentures for the way they look.  Anyone else have this weird Bissue with best friend?
