The lower jaw was done perfectly, When the upper jaw was placed, it never fit properly. The dentist told the person who makes the appliance to lower it 3 mm which he failed to do. Then my dentist said it was my fault due to TMJ or other reasons. He finally changed his opinion and had it redone. It is now 1 1/2 years, with countless hours in his chair and it still does not line up right. My bite has totally changed, but I can at least eat, just not comfortably. I have no idea what to do and the dentist only wants me to come back in, over and over, to correct my bite. I paid over $45,000 and do not have a comfortable bite. Just not sure what to do anymore. Anyone have a suggestion for my Dentist or????
