I recently had a breast revision, and my surgeon used Galaflex (not the 3D type). When I saw the results, my breasts appeared quite flat at the lower pole, lacking the rounded shape I was expecting. My surgeon insists that the implants will settle and descend by about 2 cm, which is crucial for achieving a more rounded lower pole. However, I just read that Galaflex prevents implant movement entirely. Does this mean that if you use Galaflex, there is no "fluffing" process and the implants remain exactly where they were placed on the first day? I'm really upset, thinking I won’t get the rounded look I wanted.
