Hello there!I am 22 years old (I am not sure if that makes a difference).My now is 42mm long, but my philtrum - 19mm. Basically my philtrum is half of my nose length. I think it is too long and makes me look really goofy. The upper lip is very thin and kind of droopy.Please, be honest, do you think I could do with a lip lift? I really want to do it very much!Everyone around me though says that it is all in my head.Thank you in advance!
