It's every woman's dream to have sexy long luscious hair that flows down their back like a blanket of silk—but for most women the reality is average hair that barely brushes their shoulders.

29-year-old RealSelfer  Susanna1234 was introduced to hair extensions at the early age of 17, in her review she tells us that "she started out with bonding glue and then went to sewn in extension." At the age of 25 her long locks became costly and impractical and ruined her natural hairline. With an upcoming wedding and  years of secretly hiding her damaged hair behind her "front laced wig", she decided to have a hair transplant and tells us that it was the "best decision I had ever made. Dr. Rassman was the very first person who I showed what I've been hiding for four years."
