Hello, has anyone underwent narrowing of nasal bones during rhinoplasty. After lateral osteotomy sometimes surgeon also narrow bones, so nasal bones together with part of cheek bones are pushed closer to septum, a gap will remain there, but the gap and sharp edges of bones remain there forever, because gap is too large the bones can't heal, there will be only scar tissue.Narrowed nose may look aesthetically better but are you happy with that, when you touch face where are gaps how do you feel?If you had the choice to decide again, would you agree with narrowing your nasal bones?
